Usage:
1. Add proxies to io/proxies.txt in ip:port format. One proxy per line.
2. Add user agents to io/agents.txt. One agent per line.
3. Add comments data to comments.csv file. Delimiter CSV_DELIMITER is specified
   in lib/constants.php (default '#').
   Fields:
   1) Name (or keywords)
   2) Email
   3) URL
   4) Comment
   5) The post (URL) you want to comment on.
4. Run wp_spammer.php
